I am Louise and I am a little mummy running. I am 5 foot 1 inch in my bare feet, 37 years of age and the mother of three lovely (but cheeky) monkeys. Top Monkey (TM) my first born boy and 5 years of age. Middle Monkey (MM) second born boy and 3 years of age. Finally, Baby Monkey (BM) my most recent addition, a girl aged 15 weeks.

My aim is to develop a routine that gives me a balance between being a mummy and being a bit “me” again.
